  • The Bluescasters-Zipper

  • Whats the intro song? i love it :D

  • Hi @harpsucker , small question do you also get that deep raw voice when you sing in it ?

  • @erpvb you mean like growling like as saxplayer

  • 1.395,00 € for a amp ?? its crazy. you can buy for cheaper money a good amp.

  • @bluesbiker1963 thats true, please all complains to Seydel

  • Sounds good. Can't tell from video if this is a $2ooo amp or not.

  • nice

  • That ending song was SUPERB !

  • fuck that was so awesome..

  • Hi, what is your opinion on the Superlux microphone ?

  • sounds ok to me for that kind of money

  • what's the name of intro song??

  • called The Zipper, check out tradebit ,search for Bluescasters Zipper harpsucker, its only $1

  • great playing, really. I'm just a sucker for good harp playing and so I love these videos.

  • do you happen to know if in colombia i can get thees kind of mics and amps?...if i order them from abroad it may turn a lil bit more expensive...

  • well check out the links in the description area, and try to sent emails to the companys if they ship oversea

  • I got the superlux. I already played on a transistor amp, I never tried on a tube-amp. What do you think about this microphone?

  • its more then ok, check out Vol 63

  • Yep cool , I liked the Shure Green bullet sound best .:-)

  • In that case "you suck" is not in a invective meaning :D.. the second one is good, I'd like to get one some day.

  • for those who use these kind of mics... id just like to add that i purchased a vintage shure SM51 clip mic which sounds bloody great thru my Shine30watt tube amp. rarely feeds back even at full volume! sm51 try one if you can. im impressed.

  • I enjoy your harp playing as much as I do hearing the sounds of the amps, Great Work!!!

  • This amp & mic combination seems to be one of the best sounds from the Harps#*ker.

    Great tone!

  • wie heizt music im anfang ???

  • just a blues improvisation

  • what are your thoughts on the green bullet?

  • for a brand new mic,its the one and only these days

  • The Tone on the new Green Bullets are too thin The vintage Green Bullets sound much better deeper tone & more crunch & more Honk.

  • what are your thoughts about the superlux mike?

  • its a toy

  • ive bought a never used vocal microphone that is over 20 years old. it has switchable medium or high impedance. which one should i use?

  • for harmonica high impedance

  • cheers

  • hey isnt the green bullet the kind the blues brothers use......... it looks like it

  • i got no idea, could be

  • @sharpshooter45102 It is. I can't find it anywhere anymore, but there was a part in the beginning of the movie where Elwood picks up Jake from movie and Jake is mad because Elwood lost their original car. Was something like: Jake "Where's the car!!", Elwood "I traded it", Jake "What?!! How could you do that I loved that car!", Elwood "I traded it for a Green Bullet.", Jake says "Ok" and instantly calms down giving Elwood a look of approval. I can only assume it was cut for licensing reasons

  • Do you pucker or tongue block?

  • both

  • Between the Superlux D-112C and the new models of the Green Bullet, which would you recommend? I'm looking to buy my first harp mic and it's down to those two. I'd be running it through a small mixer and tube pre-amp for the time being until I can afford an amp.

  • i think the Green Bullet is the one, i have two replacement elements of the new Green Bullet and both sounding strong and fat

  • Thanks!

  • I suspect you could make a shoebox sound good!

  • thanks, thats maybe what it is after more then 40 vids i found out that i have always the same kind of tone, its the indian not the bow, merry x-mas

  • Nice video, HyperAmp sure does some serious ass kicking. But I stick to my marble max ;) Great playing by the way!

  • Marble amps are great amps, hopefully Ben Bouman is playing some of the Marble's in this series soon

  • Wonderful harp playing!

Could You tell me please what is the pink effect on the amp You use with the Shure CR mic?

Sorry for writing once in english, dann nachstes mal deutsch... :-)

Greetings, again, You do a wonderful job with these tests!

  • its a Boss Analog Delay DM-2,there is an effect loop on the rear to go into the amp

  • I have a Hyperamp, too. And I only can say, it's a great amp. I'm using a Shure 545SD but I can't play the amp when it's too quite. It sounds best when played close to maximum volume ... this is real vintage. And that's why it love the thing!

  • Great harp playin' Thomas!

  • No big deal. Nice playing, though.

    hj

  • nice..

  • The superlux is my new favorite. It got a harder tone but i like it on "high keys" -D, E & F

  • Definitely the Shure green bullet!

  • yes, but the Superlux is a nice little toy, if you change the element could be a good work horse

  • I'd like to try that one out, thanks

  • OK-OK, I don't think the Superlux is that bad... the Taiwan-made economy mic is not in the same weight as a mid 50's CR Bullet which is a champ from the home of the blues. Superlux is great for practising, has the same freq range as the Green Bullet, I think it is a great beginner mic for a very good price. I confess I have only tried to harp mics yet, but my new DC112/C sounds much better than the used Blues Blaster (certainly on the same equipment)...

  • thanks these are really nice tone checks. They are helping me to get the correct amps into my practice spaces. Are those cds or reel to reel tapes on the built in shelves?

  • cds

  • Nice little amp!

It seems like you dont be friend with the superlux mic and the harder sound it have?
