Alkaline (or complete geometric water clusters aka structures) can be produced by consuming ionized water that has gone through electrolysis, green veggies (80%), or by the "sound" of the sun manipulated in an audible frequency. Most people are acidic, an energy burst by the sun promoting alkali could cause a shock to the human body or death.
Possibly, people who have more "light" energy will have more "power" and their "light" will help repel the Sun's burst of energy. People who's souls have less light will not have the immunity or have less ability to repel or resist the Sun's. Eating green veggies or drinking ionized water may help a little, but it is mostly through emotions, mood, attitudes, and behavior that empower people with "light".
