This is truly a propaganda film.....not only making light of a serious issue but it puts a decidedly sexual spin on it, to make it "titillating" for the viewer. Unfortunately, the actual sexual conotations lean more toward pedophilia and sadism....two of the defining characteristics of The New World Order....others include the infliction of death, disease, war and human misery. The scary thing is the have a device which does this electronically. You walk into a tiny room fully clothed, and it takes a picture of you nude body.
