  • are you crying?

  • @nickypoo224 Are you stupid?

  • @iamcasanovaa I am glad I wasted your time, LOL! :)

  • No VDC on your 350z?

  • @CollapseSakanade Nah, it wouldn't have saved me in this situation anyways. Traction control was even on, but I wasn't even on the throttle when this occured.

  • @vvtheduckvv I was in a similar situation myself recently and i noticed that Vdc will activate Abs to certain wheels to stabalize you. Great car man i have a daytona blue myself. Does the tow company compansate you for the damage they caused?

  • @CollapseSakanade Yeah, in the video I mention that they covered everything, even my hotel stay. meals, the works.... and I got a free tow!

  • You should really look into getting a GoPro HD Hero camera. Great video quality, mount it anywhere, waterproof, decent audio. Keeps you focused on the road and the cam focused on whatever you're filming. I have a blue 350z track edition, love the car. Glad you're both okay.

  • @radean84 This was about 2 years ago, lots has changed since. Dash mount high def Sony has been much nicer. I don't care much for the GoPro, I've looked into them, other than being durable it wasnt for me. :) Thanks for the comment! :)

  • @TheBeast704 Blocked for stupidity by not paying attention nor watching video to see what is actually happening. You failed the open book test, my friend.

  • lol dude is flaming about stupid people while he plays with a camera for half the drive time in a damn monsoon

  • @FailedSquare If you say that, then you didn't actually absorb anything I said or STOPPED doing when the situation occurred. Try watching the video, it'll work wonders for your ignorance on this topic.

  • I have a convertible Nissan 350z and it is not fun to drive in the rain, especially at high speeds. I got into a really bad wreck not even 3 months after I bought my car because some old minivan cut me off at the Davis highway exit in Pensacola (when there was still road construction going on 2/08). The roads were wet and I had to slam on breaks to avoided hitting the minivan. The van left the seen after they saw my car do a 180 and hit the sidewall until it stopped and wouldn't move! I got st

  • @angelasadams The roads here in Pensacola were a mess for years, and the drivers here aren't much better. From another Pensacola resident, I know how you feel! Thankfully I've been very lucky here.

  • @mexicanpyro11 You're full of shit.

  • Hey you are the Cr500 project guy, haha, it looks like we like cr500 and 350z =)

  • What year is the 350z? A 350z is my dream car!!

  • @racing429 I would 370z :P

  • @racing429 Its a 2005, lots of fun!

  • @shiza237 Maybe I should clarify..... pickup-truck. Otherwise you just don't get it.

  • Yeah Right on Thanks POLICE You are the best

My dad is a retired police officer hearts for people

  • @hgortermarof I appreciate those guys, they really helped me out.

  • You are so damn lucky With all that water coming down WOW

and the car doesnt have any damage Thats one thing

You are so lucky that you have roads like that without any obstacles but just a nice patch of green

  • @hgortermarof Tell me about it! LOL! Thankfully I didn't put it off the cliff that was on the right side when it rear end slid out the opposite way at first. I saved that one, then moments later after it straighted out it tried to go the other way and BLOOP! You got what you see, lol :)

  • @FishFingersNH And thats a junk 2 bit comment.

  • im sure they did not even fix it RIGHT.

  • @WrongNumberSorry False, those guys did a great job. I had it looked at later on and everything was good. Even so, that shop was a 3rd party, and not owned or affiliated with the tow truck driver. They were very nice people... mistakes do happen, anad they took care of it! :)

  • You hate trucks?

If you had one you could get out of that situation.. :)

  • @lewisoffroad Thats debatable. I also don't hate trucks that are used for WORK. If its being used for commute then I have an issue with the driver, especially when they complain about gas prices.

  • How does someone run you off the road? fuck em! dont even react to them just drive like normal

  • @newyears912 Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight..... thats REALLY smart, then he would have hit me and I'd probably be in a worse situation as he would have still run off, so then I'd have a crashed car in a ditch.

  • Sorry bud but speed and rain don't mix next time you will also learn not to be recording while driving. Can't see through the ran then pull over till it lightens up or something. Don't feel sorry for what happened did you learn your lesson? Stability control would have help you here too did you not have that feature or something? But glad you didn't get hurt though..

  • @soyntgo4it You didn't watch the video if you said all that, and if you did, then you didn't listen. #1 I slowed down when it got more slippery. Its obvious how slow I was going. #2 I turned camera off at this time #3 Traction control didn't do anything as I wasn't on power when I started to slide, it was from swerving and braking thus unloading the rear wheels by being cut off. My first lesson is to be more wary of rednecks and the second is that nobody pays attention to the whole video.

  • @vvtheduckvv Then you must have had some shitty tires on that car. Haha fuel economy isn't that great on your car either. The other driver didn't know how to drive then why are you in the median.

  • @soyntgo4it You're still not watching the videos, the other driver did what he did either on purpose because I was going slow or because he couldn't see me.... by the way, I get about 31 to 32mpg on highway, the same as my 4 cylinder Acura used to get.... but you didn't actually WATCH that video either. /watch?v=LIGx0bIaL-4 Why don't try to WATCH the videos and try to absorb something. So I've got my bases covered, lol, sadly you're still not watching the videos.

  • I just bought this same car right down to the paint and everything and I was driving it home from the dudes house I bought it from and it started raining like hell and almost got into a wreck because of a dumb ass fucking redneck in his big jacked up Z71 pickup truck...

  • @TheKgarner33 Yep, that sounds about right. A lot of people don't realize how unstable these cars are in those situations. Of course in normal driving that short wheelbase makes for quick turns and fun drifting, but during more dangerous moments this thing can really scare you if you're not careful. But I never had a problem without some other idiot instigating one.... figures. Can't have anything nice anymore.

  • @nickstix06 Not as boring as your comment, lol.

  • @NewtProductions If thats your comment, you didn't watch the video

  • I own a TTZX and I also own a truck....not all truck owners are irresponsible drivers.

    Thank God for good officers!

  • @Spadadiforza Yeah the whole team of officers were great! Practically the whole department that was on duty at that time came and visited, took pictures and talked to me.

Oh and I never said all truck drivers were irresponsible, lol

  • nice car but trucks r better

  • @mmmmeeee122 without explaination or a perspective on that, your statement means nothing,

  • @vvtheduckvv so im just saying trucks can b faster and go more places and do better on gas than most cars

  • @mmmmeeee122 But that has little to do with what this video was trying to show.

  • Ya i seen after the post

    Beautiful car man

  • @Mattekken101 Thanks dude! I just got back from another road trip from FL to NY with it!

  • What happen to the z man i live in alabama down the road from u

  • @Mattekken101 The video explains how the tow truck driver broke my car, the follow-up to this video explains how he fixed it for me.

  • traction control save lifes

  • @kkuhn83 LoL! I didn't die, so I guess it did, HAHA!

  • @jakep2007 You're a fool and didn't watch the video if thats what you say.

  • @gravediggmn Thanks.

  • why wud u tow it out? i wud just drive it out , its a lot cheaper

  • @paintballman114 If you watched you'd see I was stuck, but for a better explaination I could go about 3 feet forward and back, but not enough to dislodge it from the muddy trough in the middle. The cop insisted it get towed out rather than me dick around with it for a few more minutes.

  • @belizetj Thanks for trolling and not actually WATCHING the video to undestand what was going on before you opened your stupid mouth, LOL.

  • lol hes complaining about fuel consuming truck while hes driving a big v6 him self . love the Z tho.

  • @spekbakker Yeah, but I'm logging 30mpg on the highway, which is only 2mpg behind my 4cyl I owned previously. In the city I never drive the car unless its raining. I drive a motorcycle, 60mpg+ on the Ninja 250 and about 50mpg on the SV650. So yeah, fuel-consuming truck..... pfffffffffffft! Hope that clarifies things.

  • @vvtheduckvv what speed are you going at on the freeway that gets you 30mpg?

  • @KTFDosirak i get about 29mpg @ 70mph in flatlands like Florida, I do even better in moutanous roads because the injectors turn off completely on the downhills, I've seen 34mph there.

  • Rainsville, noooooo shit HAHAHAHA

  • @NonL96A1Gaming If I were driving the truck, the poor guy in the Z in front of me wouldn't be in the ditch either.

  • @swlamedic Do you suggest I'm a dumbass for NOT SPEEDING in the heavy downpour? Maybe I'm not the dumbass.

  • Same thing happened to me. cut off in the rain by a lifted turbo diesel, banged the median (curb) snapped tension rod, bent control arm. son of a bitch

  • @lawaiia808 Only mud and grass all over my car, no damage until the tow drive driver *helped* me.

  • I've never had a problem with traction in my 350z unless I'm pushing the cars limits. But I live in CA and we don't rain like that really. I also have after market rims and tires 19x9.5 in the front and 19x 11 or 12 in the rear. I really regret the rims tires are $600-900 and the rims get dented up easily.

  • @DorkVader26 I don't have any traction problems either... EVER, even AFTER this incident. The cop that stopped for me had said that particular strip of road isn't ever very busy, but it always has a couple people in the ditch (or flipped over!) due to its poor ability to drain water properly. Its a shame, too! Its a new road!

  • @vvtheduckvv Have you had any problems with yours? Mines been a lemon to say the least. I had a hell of a time getting the dealer ship to do warranty work. Then when I broke about 65 thousand miles it's been nothing but problems. Seems like every 3-6 months I'm having to repair something. I just blew a head gasket about 2 months ago the cars sitting in my garage as I try to decide what to do with the car. I've got 98 thousand miles and I've easily spent 15k repairing it. Bought it brand new too.

  • @DorkVader26 No, actually. Mine has been rather problem-free aside from the occaissional clickin/ticking of the rear CV joints that will vanish for months at a time then suddenly return since it was new. Nissan addressed the issue in a tech bulletin, but I never got that taken care of. Also the power windows don't do anything sometimes when flipping the switch, but always work again after another couple tries. I was told thats a common problem across all Nissans, but I really don't know.

  • @vvtheduckvv Yeah I had to replace all the power window switches at about 80 thousand miles the power seat switches and windows.

  • @DorkVader26 You really did have to replace everything on that car, eh? Sounds like you've nearly rebuilt it.

  • @vvtheduckvv Just about I could make a rather long list. I'd love to get 370z but I don't want to end up in the same position. So I've been checking out used vettes. I can't really decide what to do. I wish a US auto. company would produce something similar to the 370z that's similar performance and price I'd buy it. But you've basically got two choices vettes or Grand Touring type of cars such as the Mustang (I don't like boats).

  • I feel bad for you man, trip over 1000 miles is painful and I knpw what its like driving in the rain with a rwd nissan lol, my 240sx is scary, but yep im definately on your side abput the jerks thst cant drive in their huge domestic trucks, hate to say this but i have one of those trucks gmc sierra 8.1 but im not like the others and it actually gets 25mpg so whatever, but most people probably pay for their licenses, very nice 350z, its my next car

  • @Brendon00000 Not only RWD, but SHORT wheelbase, too, that car just LOVES to spin! Great trip though, I love my long road trips!

  • what is your normal drivin time to nj?

  • @puttincomputers I am rather certain that the actual drive time hsould be aout 18 hours, but because I like to take scenic routes and check things out along the way it can take much more.

  • u got one sick car

  • @supermotardmario Ha! Thanks for that :)

  • @MellowPinoy91 Nope, they covered all the damages and paid for the hotel bill and even fed me. Accidents happen and they were really nothing less than polite, respectful and caring, they did the right thing! I really can't complain!

  • I have to agree with you 100pct man fuckin truck/suv drivers are the worst drivers on the road always driving like 30 over speed limit and when your going like 20 over they still ride your ass....i mean i know it feels like your going slower than you actually are in a truck but damn.

  • im glade u bought them new tires lol

  • @mvdmerwe93 Try the polarized glasses in a whiteout instead of being a zero video youtube troll that makes idiot comments.

  • If i was a tow truck driver and a customer offered to show me the manual, id have a look just to satisfy the customer, even if i knew all about the car

  • @Zeroto90 I concur!

  • Haha that is funny, i bet he'll pay more attention as to how hes hooking up a unfamilar vehicle from now on

  • @Zeroto90 Haha, yes! He said that too! You know I did offer to pull the manual out for him when he was fumbling around. He told me he could handle it, though. :: crunch ::

  • Well he shouldnt be driving a tow truck now should he

  • @Zeroto90 LoL thats what he said sarcastically, too.

  • Southern hospitality at its best!

  • @29render Yeah, the first time I ever experienced anything like that!

  • Id figure the damage was done during the spin out, what tow truck driver knows so little that he hooks up to a tie rod? But then again im from the west , we have more brain than people in alabama

  • @Zeroto90 Nope, he did it, it was confirmed. A low speed slide without any obstancles don't bend tie rods, especially when the wheels were straight after coming to a stop.

  • that was dumb of the tow-truck driver.

  • @DaWadstah Yep, people make mistakes.

  • Damn, that was nice of them.

  • @pulse0000 They were awesome, I even got lunch! :)

  • To say bye to family is always hard, that's for sure and more if you live that far away from home. Accidents happen, God thanks that you are ok, that's more important then a car! But good that the car could be fixed, so you can continue your way home. Well, that's great of the police too, I didn't know, that's amazing he did all for you. Great 7th part

  • wish they did that kinda stuff for people here they'l just say they didnt do it and then the court battle comes up so that the judge can tell you you're s.o.l.

  • @MrRuger22 Yeah, no issues here, they took full responsibility and helped me the whole way around! I am both lucky and grateful!

  • about dam time sunday gonna be awsum got a 10ft by 33 inch pool. Dam duck man upset sorry dude glade u had fun and great times. i love me sum ketchup. counter clock wise? should of powerd through the ditch. im gonna laugh because well i talk to u later abt it media lol

  • @ranchero302me There was no powering through it.... there was oncoming traffic and balding street tires I did manage to get rolled up the side about 6 feet where I tried to shimmy the car parallel to the road. There was no way I was going to go straight up the embankment, anyways, the cop showed then.
