People can say what they want but the Total Gym is a great equipment. I still have one of the first versions (1500 I think) and back in the day just jumping on the thing for 20 minutes a day burned some fat and left me with abs and a lean look. It wont bulk you up but for the price, the size and functions of the machine it really is a great piece of equipment to stay in shape.
