thats a dam good demonstration actually lol. i wasnt expecting much since i cant understand him but he went thru all the tones. great playing too. cant decide between this or the triple XXX....i dont think i can afford this tho =/. both are great amps tho.
well my friends have the 5150/II and in my opinion they both are pretty much the same..but with a different name... but you should check it out yourself.

The Japanese can make high-tech synth. and nice guitar, but they dont know anything about TONE. a lot of good players in japan, but their tone suck.

This guy actually does a pretty bad demo of the amps gain sounds.
For those of you who have one of these heads and an overdrive pedal try out:
Crunch Channel
Pre = 8
Low, Mid, High < however you like
Post = Loud as you want (I run around 3)
Overdrive Pedal
Level = 3 O'clock
Tone = 9 O'clock
Drive = 9 O'clock

what's the difference between the original and the II/+ ??
some say the it's only the clean channel, while other say the original has drive channel that's more raw
