It looks like she is from Northern Afghanistan. Her pashto accent is that Dari speakers, although all Afghans can speak pashto and Dari. Where people mainly speak Dari, Pashto is required in schools; where pashto is the dominant language, Dari is required in schools. This system of education ensures integration of the society. It is unfortunately that foreigners have created divisions between pukhtuns and non-pukhtun afgans.
