Rick still needs to achieve perfection on the ways of the taco, as a mexican you need only one hand and the sense of smell to direct the taco to your mouth, then you side your head, close your eyes and enjoy your taco. Of course, if it is a classic taco you always need cilantro, onions, lemon juice and salsa to enjoy it, and you never ever use both hands to handle the taco, you become one with it... anyways Rick seems a nice guy!

I love Rick's recipes and his cooking, I like how he breaks down and explains things very thoroughly, i just wish he didnt talk to his audience like we're in kindergatden. sometimes i turn the sound off and just watch him so i don't have to hear his annoying voice. lol

I don't know either but I think (I'm not trying to be an arse so don't kill the messenger) it's because most "Mexican" restaurants are catering to Americans, most Americans wouldn't go for the really authentic, spicy stuff would they? So what do we end up with? Tortillas, meat, bland sauce and TONS of cheese.
