drug use is NOT falling, this is a complete lie. Im constantly hearing about people overdosing and dying from heroin. People are dropping like flys. Everybody is either chill with weed or smokes it. Everybody drinks. Prescription drugs are constantly abused and sold.. MAYBE cigarette use has gone down from the all the surgeon general warnings and smoking bans....but trust me, EVERY other drug has gone up.
There is no "War On Drugs". The armed government agents don't shoot down a row of pot plants. The don't throw a bag coke in Jail. They don't imprison a bag of meth. It's a war on humans. It's a war on personal liberty/responsibility. Alcohol is a very dangerous drug. Its legal but, I know better than to go out down town every night and get shitfaced. It is a war. Just not on "drugs" and where there is war there is the use of force and violence. <<<That is the problem with this "war".
