Stupid caterpillars! They destroy my tomato plants. I would pay to have that parasitic wasp in my garden. These caterpillars are pests.

That is a parasitic wasp. They are harmless to humans and lay thier eggs inside those caterpillers. You should have let it be. It is nature.

Looks like a female of parasitic wasp of the familiy Chalcididae. You just touched her at wrong time and she escaped. :):):) It's better to be more patient to see what should happen the next. ::):)
