In the beginning I thought it was a kind of propaganda as well, but knowing the artist I have the feeling he wanted to share a deeper message. Just look at the title: two child one drop. Two populations, the same pain. Honestly I don't understand the passages the other guy is singing, I couldn't even say it's Hebrew or Arabic (reading the comments tho, seems like it's Hebrew, on a very Arabian melody), but I'm sure this is a song for reconciliation.
