This game is like a work of art with it's graphics, gameplay and music. Story and character models couldve used a little more work though. Other than that it was a really nice game. Count Waltz laugh us awesome! I love insane characters in anything.

Motoi Sakuraba should be allowed to express his musical creativity more. Eternal Sonata and the Baten Kaitos games have some of, if not -the- best music in videogames ever and I'd really like to hear more of this kind of style from him. =D

there is only one green flame.

the other flames are set out among the four different sections out from the entrance. there are two passages before the save point and two after not including the green fog. I was stuck until i found the two sections behind the save point. finished to boss there at around level 27.

did that help any?

the thing about this is it still uses sakuraba's progressive rock roots :)

it's just instrumented with more baroque/classical instruments than usual. and it ties in with the whole chopin theme. this guy's a genius :)

It's quite a relaxing piece to be included in a battle with an insane Count Waltz wouldn't you say. Would have loved it if it were a battle between a doppleganger of Polka or something cute gone wrong.

eternal sonata is definitely 2007 best game music. it is unique. most of all, it is classical. i don't get why people don't realize that. rare to see a game that uses classical music from a real composer. this game has different feelings of music. not just action music and relaxing music but also emotional. this is where music originated from. this game is about music. able to compete with nobou uematsu and yasunori mitsuda
