Like most, the greed for easy money from the gullable onlookers is the typical scenario what fuels his show. He is manifesting the scriptures what we were warned about.

I do not recall Hal Lindsey ever stating that he is someone who predicts the future.

He is among the first individuals to understand and proclaim Biblical prophecy in our time regarding the generation that will witness the arrival of the Antichrist. Jesus spoke of this generation and told exactly when it would begin.

Although to my understanding he is not a Jew, the Israeli government called upon him to help them understand their future.

and the official language of the roman empire was latin. not greek. But both were influenced alot from each other bcoz of the culture exchange, when 2 cultures co-occur they borrow characteristics from each other and the most noticeable are linguistic elements.

The word in question isn't κοιναί it's Κοινή, "common". Do you even know what the purpose of the IPA is? To say that they're wrong is silly. They transliterate words so that people can pronounce them in different languages.

Κοινή → kɔɪnɛ̝^ →ko-eh-neh-ah

Many English speakers though will pronounce it "koy-nay" because it flows better with the language than ko-eh-neh-ah does.

Hal Lindsey is a well known false phrophet, why people still follow people like him ill never know. One obvious inaccuracy is when he said Alexander conquered all Greece. His father had spent 20 years doing that before Alexander took over. They merely rebelled when he became king & soon fell back in line. His father Philip had done all the hard work.

I don't know if I'd call Hal Lindsey a prophet, so it would be difficult to call him a false prophet. Nevertheless, Alexander did conquer Egypt, Persia (modern day Iran), Syria and the entire Persian Empire. I'm aware of his father's conquests, but it would be extremely difficult to downplay Alexander's own successful military and political campaigns. In any event, I am interested in your views about Hal Lindsey being a false prophet and why.

I beleive he made a number of false pedictions in his book The late great planet earth. Any prediction from scripture must be defined as prophecy.
