How to make a Minecraft server on a Mac

yo i wanna join your server im jawskiller2011 in minecraft and in hamachi im wassabman123

When i run the minecraft_server.jar, i get the following:

What can i do to fix that?

@TheJMAN12365 When running your server, use 5.244.162.28 for you and your friends to connect to the server (they must have hamachi and be in your hamachi network to join)

When i try to launch the sever it says it timed out. I read the sever thing.java and says not enough ram and it runs our of ram and stops please help!!

@kankuro905 If you mean, what do you put in ops, then you should put your name and perhaps the name of a few friends. OPs are basically server admins, and can ban people, give items etc.
