  • I don't understand why these stupid people are laughing. There's nothing funny about the song. It is in fact a poignant song about resisting temptation and the consequences of infidelity. Stupid group of Filipinos!!! It's because the singer is also insinuating sarcastic gestures...the stupid audience followed. Maybe if the original artist is Barbara Streisand...it would be an honor but since this is Eva Eugenio's which Lea thinks is below her, hence her attitude toward the song.

What's funny with these phrases? Now, who is stupid?

  • Ano kaya ang katawa-tawa sa kantang "Tukso." BOBO NGA TALAGA ANG AUDIENCE NG CONCERT NA ITO. Nagtatawanan sa hindi naman nakakatawa. Just the typical, "upper middle class pinoys," na mapangmata an akala mo mga sino...PWE...

  • MGA BOBO!!! The song WAS considered "bakya" by Filipinos during that time. That was not Lea's personal opinion! Lea picked this song because she knew that despite Filipinos considering this "bakya," this was an important fabric of Filipino life, so she considered it worthy to be part of her "Songs from Home" repertoire. And this was a fun number! GANITO NA BA KATANGA ANG MGA PILIPINO NGAYON???

  • @aldrinhu well said :)

  • IM SORRY!!! AM NOT A 'JUKEBOX SONG HIT' FAN BUT I'M VERY SURE THIS IS NOT BY IMELDA PAPIN.......THIS WAS SUNG AND POPULARIZED BY EVA EUGENIO!!!! WHOEVER THEY ARE.....

  • Such a "low-class" act you've displayed here!

  • Such a "low- class act" what you showed here!

Baka mas bumenta pa yan kesa pinagsama-samang record mo. Sino ka ba? Wala ngang nakaka-alam kung sinong tatay mo. Huwag masyadong mayabang Leah. Your words say one thing but your actions, smirks and all, say another. Ipokrita!!!

  • ang arte arte mo mag english, imbiyerna hilaw kana

  • @pustitch Expert ka pala :)

  • one and only,, galing galing

  • correction tukso is not sung by imelda papin.. its eva eugenios hit song..

  • masyado kang madaldal

Over critical on others with probably nothing to prove for your own accomplishment.

  • Bravo!!!

  • 1. This is her concert called Songs From Home in PICC. She performed selected OPM hits in this concert.

    2. The reason why she uses more English language here rather than tagalog is because not all of her fans in this concert are Filipino some are foreigners?

Remember that Lea is an international acclaimed singer.

    3. Obviously she's enjoying the song that's why she laugh after she sing...

this is not her usual repertoire but she gave justice in this song..admit it.

  • @fictionmindx it's Songs from The Screen.

  • tsaka wala kayong sense of humor, nagpapatawa kaya sya. alam naman nia e

  • Kanta ni Eva Eugenio ito....and she popularized it. Galing ni Lea!

  • Kanta ni Eva Eugenio ito....and she popularized it.

It shows the decline of Filipino intelligence. Naku naman.

  • If you're saying those singers that SCREAM? She is no other than Regine Velasquez! Dam n, she broke my kids eardrums! hahaha

  • gawd- she is annoying!

  • this song is eva eugenio's, not imelda papin

  • she is having fun... what's wrong with that.. its her concert and as always she is versatile, open to any genre of music and the one of our BEST talent SA PINAS.

    Keep us proud Lea.

  • this song is not for you Lea!!! doesn't have enough feelings!

  • English english english! Akala mo kung sino. Tawa tawa ka pa.

  • @gmaabs > it's the 21st century and let's all be a little be open minded for it's a global world we're at right now. Maraming Salamat!

  • Ang arte naman nito.

  • I grew up in the Philippines and have been living here in the States for over 25 years. I really enjoyed the "jukebox hits" when I was very young in the 70's. I don't understand why they were considered as "bakya". They're music GENRE just like country or oldies here in US. Only difference is this genre was in a different time and place. I still don't understand why people would associate music with social status.

  • @iampears I agree with you. I was disappointed when Lea mentioned the word "baduy". She was like smirking on the jukebox hits indirectly. Eartha Kitt sang "waray waray" and popularized it. She is not "bakya" or "baduy". She is an internationally acclaimed singer!

  • @wyswygkhordz please listen carefully of what she is sayin when she said "baduy" and "bakya".

  • galing Ms.Lea idol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Lea is totally AMAZING!!!

I wish someone would upload all the songs featured in Songs From Stage and Screen concert...

  • lea salonga....bonggacious!

  • Video INFO: Tukso was not popularized by Imelda Papin.. it was Eva Eugenio who did.

  • lea is fantastic..........versatile:)
