Well if you look carefully you can also see the Youtube logo (or the variation "Whotube" it was hard to tell). Also I recognized a clip from Monty Python: The Quest for the Holy Grail at 3:24, specifically part of the Killer Rabbit scene. So clearly this person did make it using clips and very well done editing.

If you can find proof of it existing before this and by a different person, then your claim could be valid.
