The destruction of a Condensate Cooling Tower
has nothing to do with the destruction of a facility that is used to enrich Plutonium. The
Water that is cooled in these towers has no
radiation or nuclear contaminants entrained
within the water. Therefore the destruction of
a cooling tower is just that destroying a tower. The towers at 3 mile island that every one viewed in all the articles never had any
contamination or radiation with them.
