How I became a makeup artist? Which academies in Singapore?

Anyway Sarah , I have a question .. Maybe u an help enlighten .. U see , I have been contemplating on goin to MUFE Academy for the longest time , thou I noe alot of ppl prefer Cosmoprof etc .. But u one how ur guts keep tellin u to choose e other thing ? Especially wen I love their products so much I noe u've mentioned abt it , n MUFE wasn't in e top 2 on ur list , but I would like to seek ur opinion .. Shud I go for it ? Is it really that bad ? N is it not so recognized ? Thanks a bunch Sarah

Ive had 2-3 separate friends who went for mufe courses and had horror stories for me but that doesnt stop me frm buyin their products. the quality of the products has nthg t0 do with the course and the ppl who teach it. if your gut tells u to go for MUFE then you should

I think all these people telling you to lose weight when they don't know you personally are ridiculous. I hope you ignore ever single one of them for the shallow, sad people that they are (even if they claim not to be). You are gorgeous. If you are healthy and your doc has given you a clean bill of health, what's the problem? You are beautiful! I've seen some of your full body pics too, you are NOT that big. Stay happy :)

oh, i didn't know the course only took 7 months. i thought it would be longer. goodness, whats with the weight issues. ignore them. people don't have to look a certain way to be in a certain industry, just becos' it's a beauty industry.

@foldinarms yea it was a part time course so it took about 6 mths i think. maybe less, i cant recall. but do call and enquire cuz things might have changed over time :)

i believe that makeup artists need not be slim just to showcase their skills. I agree with Sarah. The set of skills you have and the looks you create is due to your own creativity and not the way you look

hi sarah i love ur makeup. you eyeshadow application is really good. just got a friendly advice for u, u have a beautiful face.. try to reduce weight..u look quite big and its not very healthy for makeup artist to have so much weight on them. try to lose weight you will look prettier. :))

Hi Sarah, super Like your video as I was really looking for some advise on makeup schools in Singapore. Could you please answer a few questions:

1)how long/duration was the course you attended at Cosmoprof Academy,

2)was it full time or part time,

3)do they have hostel or stay facility, finally

4)do u recommend any other school over Cosmoprof so I can evaluate(U may PM me on this if you like :-) )

5)Just curious...would you know any at Malaysia also.
