It's fucking amazing, it looks as good as xbox games do only it works on Iphone 4Gs and Ipad2.

Wont work on anything else, and makes me sad that I only own a 4g ipod but still...

I can save up for next summer when the 5G comes out

Well still I looked up this game as the HD app and..... Aparently it WILL run on my device but will crash sometimes and is aparently laggy a bit.

Depending on the lagg I may enjoy or may not enjoy, crashes are fine occasionaly since they happen anyways on normal apps.

niceeee, valkyrie extention is sick. i got it ten minutes after it was released in the appstore. thanks for using my idea of a new vossk ship, i really appreciate it. Now i just gotta figure out where i can find the 1 taht uses a turret. Now if there was an online mode, where u can get points by killing otehrs in free- for- all, or a team death match, and then tarde those points in for exclusive ships and weapons, etc, this game would be any1s gaming heaven...even though it already is, kep it up

This game would be absolutely mind blowing if you could implement a second virtual nub (iOS of course) to control... not sure how to say that in english, but think Ace Combat and what the second analog does there. That would really improve the mobility, something essential in a space combat sim.

I think I get what you mean, would certainly be nice to have. The entire programming including AI is based on uniform motion, since the game is a Java porting. That's why in any iteration of GoF2 the implementation of otther movement controls is rather unlikely, as it would practically make a complete makeover necessary. Yet for a third part we're definitely having other things in mind :]

hey, fishlabs, i have 2 lil questions. 1. remember how i told u myabe u could had more vossk ships cause there was only 1, can u use it in a update :) and 2, when i updated my Ipod to version 4.0, it ereased my whole GOF2 profile D:  i think it might of been a bug in the game, not the update, so, can u pls look into it for me, cause i dont want it happening to me again, or other people. thanks! :)

@killerlord987 1. You never know what ships you may find in Valkyrie ;] 2. We'll look into that, thanks. To avoid that problem in the future you can use the OpenFeint saving slot to create an online save. Once you have that you can reload whatever progress you made despite an iOS update deleting all game progress on your device.

Lovin the game! The first game was good, but GoF2 is amazing. I just wish I could board and pirate "capture" other ships much like you could in EV Nova -- that gave it longer replay value, because some ships you couldn't buy, so you HAD to capture them.

@freakygamerx hi there, GOF2 J2ME works best on Sony Ericsson featuring Mascot Capsule V3 and on some Nokia devices with JSR-184. If we don't support more devices it's either due to the absence of the right API, low memory and/or CPU performance. Sometimes it's is not worth porting for touch input, either.

AMAZING, like i said, i actually got it at exactly 6AM on Oct 27! best game ever, DEEP just got beat, this game beat it by a ton. but, u know what would be cool, in every GOF game, theres only 1 vossk ship D: do u think in ur next update, to make this game better than better has ever been better, you can add 1-2 new vossk ships. :D thanks!

Fishlabs, tell me why this game (v 1.0) on my SE w810i doesn't work??? The game makes my phone crash when loading screens are ment to come up. eg when you select another station during the inflight game and you jump to it. phone just crashes... :S

OMG, i got it the day it came out! i was 1 of the first to download it, it said like only 50 downloads, no its like, over 5000 and 5 star rating, turretes, all ptimary weapons fire at same time, EMP bombs, over 30 ships, this game has it. FISHLABS ROCK AT MAKIN THESE GAMES!

Looks exceptional... I have the first Galaxy On Fire and it runs almost perfect on my SE K800i. Very good frame rates. The only thing my mobile is struggling with, is that pink "smoke" effect.
