Saber does visit a friend's place where he gets to see and talk to other horses.
As he is a stallion he doesn't get put out with them.
He does get to munch on some grass at times but too much can be bad for them healthwise.
Be aware in some states there just aren't pastures where horses get to roam.. alot of boarding stables such in the state we reside in have single pens where horses live without having access to grass.
@6stardanes So cute! But are you saying that grass is bad for all horses or just minis? because I have horses that live on pasture and are happy and healthy. I was thinking of maybe getting a mini, but is it bad for them to eat too much grass? thanks

Grasses can be high in sugar especially lush grass and if the mini is a piggy (like many of them are) they can be at a higher chance of foundering.
