Heather, although I love your recipes I really miss a closeup of the finished dish. It would be nice in an intro (so that we can see it in advance) and then again at the end of the video.
Other than that, great work! Thanks for sharing :)
@estoymuyharta Great idea, thanks for posting! I will keep that in mind for future videos - in the mean time, I have photos of many of the dishes posted on my facebook group if you want to see a close up. Search for Freshly Served - Healthy Vegan Recipes. Thanks for watching!
@healthyvegan Thank *you* for sharing the recipe! I'm going through your website and loving it :). I find that we have a similar cooking philosophy: looking at what you're cooking rather than measuring a lot, staying away of commercial meat/cheese replacers, and in general trying to make things healthier, but still yummy :). I'm really happy I came across your videos, and then your website.
@estoymuyharta That's great, I love getting ideas from people who do things in a similar way - and it's nice to know there are others out there like me!
@92luster I like to show variations of pesto using other herbs or greens, and in this one I called it pesto although there are no herbs in it to give an idea of the texture as opposed to a sauce, which most people think of as more runny.
Ah, the spinach, I replaced with lettuce when I made it because the spinach was looking a little sad in the store... So that's where that's hiding, and it was lovely with lettuce but would be equally nice with spinach, so your choice!
Is it just me or he voice sounded real shaky?

Whay! I told you about the bean pasta! :-)
For those in the UK, that kind of pasta is in Tesco. It's their own brand and it's about 80p per bag
