Say, what size cymbals are you using?

Also... do you have your tension too high on the tom or something? You might want to invest in some moon gel.

Also, you rush and lag quite a bit.

@Naota10 I have a 16 and an 18'' crash and a 20'' ride. Not sure about my 3rd crash in the middle.

And yeah, you're probably right on the tom, haha. I'll look into buying some moon gel! Either that or Rem-Os.
