Def, he answers prays. But as Tim states, you gotta pray to him.. Its called a conversation - 2 or more ppl interacting is what communication IS :D

All I know is if a person asks God to be one with them... not a sign.. but asking for the Holy Spirit.. and to have Christ come "INSIDE and DINE with YOU.." - Quite literally, its what happens if ONE asks for the Holy Spirit ENOUGH times and proves that HE is true by reading... to that man.. Christ will manifest.. for Christ said HIS TRUE Disciples ABIDE in HIS WORD. Luke 11:13.. ask for the Spirit.. if one has not had... CONTACT with God.. then they need to KEEP asking and reading... done. P
