@AvailableNickPlease True, Filho did not fair well against those two. Had Filho switched to kickboxing earlier in his career, he may have done better. I think Le Banner & Bernardo were too experienced in that arena for Filho to catch up before he passed his prime. Same thing goes for Hug (although he was a more successful kickboxer than Filho) because they were both gifted atheletes, so if they started kickbxing earlier, they could've done much better. Plus years of bare knuckle wore them out.
