I could see a movie on the horizons ;Jake Gylenhall,Ashton Hutchner,Justin Timberlake(or Justin Bieber) play the role of the three college students who went in Uganda to document the atrocities... coming soon to a theater near you!
I saw this in school today. If I wasn't in school, I would've cried. When our orchestra got back in the room nobody said anything, it was dead silent we were in such amazement. I really want to do something...and I'm trying to get my friends to help now :)
If you want to help these kids, please contact me and i can give you a link we're you can donate that is connected to the invisible children's project. My school is trying our best to raise money and help. Please think of these kids and how much you can impact them and please message me for a link where you can donate. Thank you <3
Why did they kill the termites and snake? I'd be pissed if I donated money for them to report on Sudan and discover that they were killing off some of the wildlife and playing with fire. These guys seem like idiots. Also, that snake was huge, by the way, which is leading me to belief that they'll be stretching the truth in this film.
@Hectoraaa because of the heat and change of enviroment and even lack of water, the body can't handle it. Same thing happened to me at Van's Warped Tour last week XD
@MsBarbarian1 honey, what is wrong with you? why are you trashing this video when it was made for such a good cause? there must be something wrong in your heart, something broken, to even think about saying such things. it doesnt make you sound smart or cool. it makes you sound like a crabby, horrid, cruel person with no compassion. and trust me, NO ONE will think thats pretty.
I've been following up on I.C. for a while now. I used to think.. Okay.. Just go out there and take Kony down. The whole issue would be resolved.. But then I learned, he's a genius.. Whenever he goes out in public. He's surrounded by his wives, then they're surrounded by his officers, they're surrounded by the child soldiers.. You can't get to him without killing children. Understandable.. :\
@houston56able I'm white and I was raised in poverty. I had help getting out of it. Who cares why people give? If the result is these kids get rescued? I know a teacher who went to Africa because a kid in her class heard they didn't have books to read there and started a fundraiser to buy books. This kid and this teacher raised enough money to build a school for 300 orphans. From a kid who had nothing himself! Anyone can help. Shut up and do something.
@sivonni and now its probably a flop house for prostitutes, and jenkem addicts, blacks are incapable of even the simplest level of modern society by themselves.

@Abbyxbaybee hey r u in el cajon valley high school? lol b/c the invisibsl children come in to my school too in el cajon valley hight school and really change my life too
its crazy how a couple of college kids can have such a huge effect on the world! thank you so much for your caring. my bf is from Uganda and his father is a politician that fled from Kampala Uganda to the US. i have heard so many stories but nothing compares to seeing it through your great film making. the invisible children organization is speaking at my school next week, im spreading the word.thank you once again!
I watched this in AP world history and was sad :"( thses days people all they care is ipods, cars, homes, etc but helping these kids and poor people is important :")
but, it would have come across better if the filmmakers were more respectful to their surroundings! i mean killing the snake & termites really shows a complete lack of maturity and tact.
@jerrysdog You would probably do the same thing so why say there "immature" if your from anywhere in the states.. and think its "boring" try goin to Africa. theres stuff to do but there not as developed as us.. so dont even try to act like your the mature one, cause you would probablly do the SAME thing if you were bored.
@blah9210 WOW - if i were to make an important documentary, which this information is, i would not be the least bit interested in killing a snake & other unnecessary violence to document my cause. What does that behavior have to do with the issue at hand? At a minimum, this could have been edited better, but the makers must think their behavior was fun, or they would not be laughing !
people REALLY should donate.. and help these childre.. sadly this is STILL going on.. the least amount of && you can donate is $5 and i know 5 dollars ISNT alot of money to us.. but to these children 5$ can make and change there life. so PLEASE donate to there organization its truely amazing...
@blah9210 Agreed. $5 is a shit ton of money in developing, impoverished and third world countries. It's petty typical for "average" families to live off of a dollar a day.
they could've disliked it because they just don't agree with what's going on over there to those poor children. so they say dislike, because obviously we don't like what's going on. all in how your mind takes in 'like//dislike'' so don't take them disliking it as a bad thing <3 <3
although i love this documentary i find it a bit disrespectful to post online. i mean chances are it will get there anyways but posting it online defers people from purchasing it because they can just see it on youtube. and really i think that people should be paying to watch a film like this because the money is going to a good cause. i don't know.. if people care enough to watch it they should care enough to pay for it.
@AVERYfunperson I disagree if it wasn't online i wouldn't be able to watch it. Also it shouldn't matter how people are getting it out. Just as long as the people in Uganda are no longer invisible and we start doing something about this!

@Ashlin0102003 i know and i understand that but at the same time it's just my opinion. i understand that point of view i just feel there are better ways to do it and more helpful ways to get the message anyway.

These children motivate me to help the people out there. Not only in Uganda, but in other parts of Africa. I've seen this documentary a lot of times and every one of those times, it makes me appreciate the things we have. I mean, if you look at the little things we complain about and compare them with the things they have to live with, you can see the HUGE difference. These children are my inspiration(:

Wow, I've always had this dream ever since I was little to go to Africa and make a difference there, ad when I was facing doubt and not sure if I could actually DO this, I prayed about it, and got brought me to you guys. You are such an inspiration.
my heart, soul, and everything in my being goes out to these guys, and all the people they have helped.......im 13 and i had no real sense of the world until i watched this in social studies......when im older, i will work to make sure no child has to feel invisible
i saw this video three days ago at my school, and one of the children from Uganda told her story to us. and i felt very sorry and terrible that their doing this to children.
If you see the movie "Go" My school is Collegedale Academy. We were in the schools for schools and rasied 26k in 2 weeks. I brought in 3k through the walk a thon.
sad this war should of been recognized and stopped long ago my heart goes out to these children and evryone who is a part of stopping this thanks guys it means alot
My school recently had a Lock-In to raise money for Invisible Children. I went and bought a t-shirt. After seeing what hell the children in Uganda have to go through, I now support Invisible Children and wanna buy some of their products for the children in Uganda.
@MsBarbarian1 and yet they were willing to risk their lives to show what is happening to over 66,000 children while the majority of the US chooses to ignore it and let them die... tell me again who the idiots are
Invisible Children...after today's speech, and after seeing Tony who was been suffered for a long time and now come to America to talk about his experience...I really wanna do something for them.
We watched this in class yesterday and today at my school. When I heard the song that plays at 2:16 I got really happy, cuz I new what it was (Swicthfoot- Gone). But I sais it outloud and everybody looked and I got quite and shrunk down in my chair.
I saw this documentary 5 years ago and it inspired me to do something to help. I was accepted 2 weeks ago into the Peace Corps to be an English teacher in Malawi, Africa. I'm thankful for the opportunity to see this film and be moved to change something with the gifts God gave me. Thank you to everyone who made this film! You changed my life and I hope to change others' lives too.
I'm raising money for these poor children who live every night in fear. Genocide and murder are an everyday sight. My school has started a program to help raise awareness and financial support. If you want to help this cause a support our program donate by paypal or in your own community.
paypal- jwr95111
at aol since youtube wont let you put email. thanx for the support.
Over 144 million dalits in India... they are poor, hated, gang raped, burned alive, and cannot get jobs... This is not murder or genocide but a slow torture of epic and holocaustic proportions.
What about the 4,000,000 who died in the North Korea in the 1990's & the 7,000,000 who are currently starving in North Korea? How about the 1,000 people dying each day there from starvation? 1/4 of NK children are severely malnutritioned there. They are 6 inches shorter than their South Korean counterparts.
noone isnt going to do anything because there arent any resources in uganda that the us or uk need to preserve its just the people that need to be saved but our countries dont care as much
if you watch this video, go on facebook and search for chase community giving. Donate your vote to invisible children to win 1,000,000. Today is the LAST day to vote and IC is in first place but it won't be for long without more votes! It isn't over till it's over. Make it happen!
The girl at 7:49 is so pretty! And it was so funny when the little boy was looking sleepy during the introduction! But this is very sad and I want to help these children with all my heart.
UGH !! i was eating when they killed the snake & puked!
I remeber this I was in 7th grade. I understand it more, now it's more sad to me that i have a son to think if i was thier he could be stolen from me & from his childhood, this is so heartbreaking.
Last year my teacher had a fundraiser for this and like over the break some fags stole the money bcus she forgot to lock the safe and they raised like $500 which sux ass because alot of those kids came in on saturdays and helped
they went to my high school two months ago and said that my school was the first one in California and I am trying to find the original video they showed us all but I dont think I will find it because it is the DVD they want us to buy.
y would u take it down the more schools hear about this like mine did yesterday the more people will b interested and i also support invisible children
Fall out boy's music video "I'm like a lawyer" brought me here... they raised awareness. You can too.

Wow, I've always had this dream ever since I was little to go to Africa and make a difference there, ad when I was facing doubt and not sure if I could actually DO this, I prayed about it, and got brought me to you guys. You are such an inspiration.

My school recently had a Lock-In to raise money for Invisible Children. I went and bought a t-shirt. After seeing what hell the children in Uganda have to go through, I now support Invisible Children and wanna buy some of their products for the children in Uganda.

We watched this in class yesterday and today at my school. When I heard the song that plays at 2:16 I got really happy, cuz I new what it was (Swicthfoot- Gone). But I sais it outloud and everybody looked and I got quite and shrunk down in my chair.
It sucks what happened/ happening to these kids.

They are 6 inches shorter than their South Korean counterparts.
maggie4chr1st 2 years ago
It's not like the are undermining that! How about we don't publish anything about anything? Would that be better?
nevertoolate90 2 years ago
Perhaps they don't do anything because NK could cause massive destruction to the world, no matter how fast they are invaded or occupied.

noone isnt going to do anything because there arent any resources in uganda that the us or uk need to preserve its just the people that need to be saved but our countries dont care as much
