I use Moneybookers that ebay excepts, then the buyers won't except Moneybookers and they want to pay me through PAYPAL. If i said no to them, then they want me to open up the case to cancel there payment. I tried the ALERTPAY, then i still have the same fuckin problem again and Ebay won't except me using the ALERTPAY ;-(

I understand that paypal will report your profit to the irs? But if you don't use paypal can you sell over 20,000 without a tax id? Or will Ebay report that tax instead? Because now there saying that paypal will report your sales to the IRS.
eBay isn't a payment processor so most likely they won't... Either way you're going to have to take an eletronic payment processor and they will eventually attempt to collect that information. I'm still not 100% sure if eBay themselves will but who knows.. It's Kinda stupid actually, they should of asked that information when you first signed up and then deduct taxes automatically like a regular job, they are stupid!

I use Paypal as a buyer. I won't use anything else.I have no doubt there are unscrupulous people out there to scam sellers. There are also many sellers that are scammers as well. I like the idea of the Paypal guarantee to get money back if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase. I've made a few purchases off of Ebay, with only one minor complaint with a seller. He quickly refunded my money and I sent back the item. I have never had to use the PayPal guarantee to get money back.
Has anyone every heard of Propay. Ebay will still accept propay and you don't need to be verified and you don't need to pay as much as you do with paypal. LOOK IT UPPPP!!!

Before ebay bought out paypal, I was selling quite a bit on the internet and after a long, long research of payment systems using credit cards thru merchant accounts I found something very interesting; Paypal was not only less expensive but 100% secure and also very easy for customers to use credit cards if they wanted to or send checks as well.
I tried listing stuff and it wants paypal. I emailed ebay just see what they say about no checks/money orders. LOL,, I knew they say something werid. The rep for ebay stated the reason they stopped checks/money orders was to make it easier for buyers/sellers. I asked a neighbor who sells on ebay and she has PayPal and she got screwed $150.00 from them. Paypal never transfered the 150.00 to her bank account and the money is gone. help us crazydriver, what can we do is Paypal the only option now?

This is a way to make them mad:
1) go to google search: paypal ebay sucks, or other key words like paintings, nintendo game cube etc.
2) google will give you thousands of results.Don't click on any.
3) instead on the right hand page you will see"sponsored links", this means the websites listed here have to pay google money.
4) click on ebay or paypal sponsored links.
5) if millions of unhappy clicks everyday, calculate the amount ebay paypal have to pay every month.
