@dagocleo It is quite simple but very good. I am having on the 23rd a luncheon for few visiting special speakers from our church who devote their lives to serving others full time. So trying to make a special lunch for them and dear hubs has requested I make this again for that. So he likes it and ya gotta keep the man happy lol.

It looks really good. I love sweets, I am trying very hard during this holiday season not to gain evan three pounds. lol. Everything looks so good during the holidays. We never had kids either, We thought it would be to much trouble. Now grand kids would be a lot of fun because you can spoil them, have fun with them till your tired and send them home to mom. lol I bet your a good cook.

@justwant2bhappy I have been having difficulty eating of late. Health issue I guess. I cook and eat few bites and I am done. But I still have a loving man I need to cook for. Yea I d like some grandkids but somehow you gotta have kids first and that boat has sailed lol. But now I am getting impatient and I hear screaming children in the store and I am like man I am glad that boat sailed ;). But there are times I wish I did it different.

@sunsetlover It is very good but then what isn't with cream cheese in it lol. I should have got that video up sooner and actually made another one a couple weeks before but didn't have sucess with the filming of it ;). I have times where I don't like to be filmed because I am a wierdo.

@longcara I have had several comments from people not from the US who have never used pumpkin for a pie nor can get it in a can. It is quite tasty.

I have never seen a pumpkin pie like that. I don't like traditional pumpkin pie but I bet I would love this one. Hugs girl!

@imperceptibleme I like the traditional pumpkin too. Had to take Santino in yesterday for bath and grooming and about killed me. I hate taking him there for that but had to be done you know. Egads it's good thing I never had children it would killed me with worry lol.

Now onto pumpkin pie!! ... I've never had one!! I've heard about them and always thought they were savoury!! I am so behind the times! That pie looked AWESOMELY DELICIOUS!!! Do you think I could make one??!!!! What is 'half and half'? and would it matter if you used cooked pumpkin?!! We don't have pumpkin in a can!

Wonderful job, Kim. When you added two packets of vanilla pudding, I started to salivate, b/c pudding in pies (and cakes), really enhances the flavors & texture. And everything else you did like the lower creamcheese layer. Wow! Terrific vid, young lady!

Yea I made this couple times in the last couple weeks hubs keeps wanting it. Now my butt don't need it but I try and accomodate the man. The things we do for love ;).

@phekwig My Mother is a great pie maker pastry crust fruit delish so when I married and brought things home I steered away from pies. I headed down the cream cheese route lol.

@edenbainbridge I know what wierdo has pink Fiesta Ware? I actually am more into yellow and orangish mediterrian type color now but at the time I liked the pink. And pink is my signature color don't you know to wear on person ;) I am brining my turkey but proably won't make it till Friday. Oh hubs is a good cook and always full of advice lol. Sometimes more than I want ;). We watch cooking shows together and always try and learn new techniques and I so know you could show me a bunch.

mike and i watch cooking shows but he just drools over the food while i figure how to make the dishes with what we have in the house :)
