can't i use a virtual machine and ubuntu in window to create this. and my wifi doesnt work after i change the DNS in setting on the iphone4. HELP

@dkiu100 yes you do, you just need to put the certification onto a 4S and change DNS under wifi setting to the Ubuntu IP and the server will catch the tokens over automatically.
