Funny how its Europe and the Euro that have made Ireland's economic situation worse. The European Union has destroyed Ireland and will destroy other countries in Europe. The time has come to end this crazy European Union.
As much as I like Farage in none of these videos he makes any constructive proposals which I find odd as he is such a great speaker.
Apart from that he's absolutely right. All members of the EU give up parts of their sovereignty in favor of EU institutions making certain decisions. And we've seen what kind of crap the EU commissions sometimes produce. Suddenly all cucumbers need certain lengths, shapes, colors - as if Europeans had no other worries than a cucumber norm.
@albedoshader: If people are to put their power into the hands of few they should be the ones to decide if they want it this way or not. And they should be able to vote on such important issues no matter if referendums are part of the constitution of a country or not (like Germany, for example). If the people don't want the treaty, accept it. Then ask yourself if the treaty shouldn't be changed to acceptable terms instead of forcing it onto whole populations.
Vote UKIP. They are the only party which truly cares for democracy and human rights. The Liberals, Labour and the Tories are all pushing the global warming hoax and plan to tax people into poverty. Labour already has plans to introduce a "Death Tax".
From what I have been told when you or whoever dies their money gets taxed. I am not 100% on this but if you are entitled to a LARGE amount of money I am talking millions you get taxed ridiculasly heavy. I think it gets capped to like a certain amount of money and the rest is "tax"
Again I am not 100% sure as it was a while ago I was told about it but thats the main jist Im sure.
I'm glad Ireland had the choice. What decision is more important to the public than who governs them? An elected government has no right to give away power to foreigners without the people's consent.
@Bhugerie it was an unmitigated disaster. it was also almost guaranteed to happen at some point, as they were going to keep re-running the vote until they got what they wanted.
The referendum was a joke. The Eurocrats were told no in the first election, so they force the irish to vote again until they get what they want. I bet they dont have to vote again. This election must be compared to those in Afganistan and other corrupt democracies. I want a eurocrat to explain to me how this is democracy and not just a EUSSR.
There it is again - the failure of Europhiles to put the pro-EU arguments to the Eurosceptics, (who have done nothing but argue reasonably against the EU, especially about its obvious contempt for democracy), and instead resort to labelling them mad, stupid or evil. What is the world coming to if reasoned debate and democratic accountability is chucked out of the window by the majority of a whole continent's representatives? More power to Farage and Hannan.
Why? Tell me that, you don't have a right to say that a thing is right without justifying it in a free democracy. Also, learn english, europhobia is NOT a word. It doesn't exist. europhobia translates as fear of europe but I do not fear europe, I despise it.
HELP!!! We in Ireland were told of dire financial consequences that would be inflicted if we did not accept this treaty. This terror swung enough of the population to the YES side. Where is the democracy in that? IT IS A DANGEROUS THING WHEN DEMOCRACY FAILS THE PEOPLE..........
You needed to referenda to get a 'Yes'. Now, when you say, "back in the game", this implies that Ireland was 'out' of the 'game'. This is a falsehood, which shows your lack of understanding, or that you are lying - though I suspect the former.
Ireland would still be a fully functional part of EU. Still have Euro currency and have as much free movement as any EU nation. But now we will see many opportunities for 'no' campaigners to say: "told ya so!". Beginning with Blair as unelected President
So, according to you if you disagree with the EU, you're mentally ill, or a "Lunatic" as you call it. Hitler also believed that if you disagree with him, you musn't be right in the head. He killed these people, what are you lot going to do?
We voted NO.Everyone I know and asked this time around voted NO again & yet it still passed. This is a farce and disgrace to democracy. The EU juggernaut cannot be stopped now :(
As one of the many people who was not given a chance to vote on the Lisbon treaty i am truly disappointed that the Irish were so easily duped by a media campaign into voting their freedoms away to a corrupt, expensive and pointless system that it seems will be headed by war criminal Tony Blair. How does it feel to know you only have 0.8% of a say in E.U law and in turn YOUR OWN? whilst Germany has 17% and Britain 12%, who do you think they will be helping? It won't be Ireland.
Well I think that anyone who holds question over the EU's lack of democratic accountability is now very enlightened indeed.
A very sad moment this is for democracy and national independence. Well done Ireland, you've spent the last 800 years fighting off British rule and now you've effectively insulted those who died for your freedom by handing over your right to self-governance to a far more evil regime, and without a single shot being fired.

The EU will be unstoppable gobbling up ever more until it implodes.
And nobody questions the fact that after years of lobbying by dodgy weapons manufacturers like UK's BAE, the EU is willing to institutionalise, at treaty level, the European Defence Agency, with its intent to 'strengthen' the defence sector and develop an EU armaments policy.
This can only lead to trouble and more death in the world.God help anyone who votes this in.U've got blood on your hands for condoning that aspect, for fear that ul be ostracised by the EU bigwigs.
