if you notice you can see noke hiting mcray more from the ground than mcray did at some point. this was very surprising to me and i think mcray needs to work on his ground and pound to go along with his wrestling. nice video sir :)

oh by the way Chuck lidell holds a Victory over Vitor belfort , a guy Franklin couldn't Defeat, They both hold victorious over wanderlei silva, both letting it go to Decision, Chuck actually holds a Bjj purple Black belts in Kempo Karate just like Mir, also holds a black belt in Koei kan karate, he started training in that at age twelve, but you know in my opinion Rich Franklin vs Forrest Griffin would be a Great Match in my opinion, Set it up in my UFC undisputed 2010

all mccray did was LnP. i think he literally was sleeping on noke. noke did more striking damage from the bottom and noke also had a few submission attempts. if noke didn't let up so many takedowns he woulda won

i was disappointed with the last episode. i wanted both of the losers to win. oh well thats tuf for ya. i dont agree with one thing you said, i dont like when a fighter gets the take down and dose nothing with it. i dont feel thats a win when the guy on bottom is landing all the blows and possible submissions.

@D21UpstateNY Well Alot of people Probaly didn't but i didn't Think u were one of them, For Lidell this would be a small step to rebound from a Devistating Tko by shogun, and for Franklin as well because he was Tko'd by Belfort, Lidell and Franklin have counter striking and Neither Opponent goes to the ground as much so we'll see a stand up war, I'd Go with Franklin Unanamous, tell me what you think

@slasher445 you make good points. both fighters are still a factor in the 205 division, and both are coming off losses to former champions (one current). your right about them mainly staying on the feet which i think is a big factor in there declines in the past few years.

@D21UpstateNY yes True but i'd say he'll do fine at LH, Pat barry is an incredible kicker just look at his last fight with Hardonk, Mirko is just 35 at the moment turns 36 sep 10, so he has at least a few years left to pull himself together, a win over Pat in impressive fashion would say mirko is pulling himself together would still have a long way to go to establish himself as a contender but i've noticed Mirko is now Unable or doesn't even come close to finishing Fights, he gets lucky

@slasher445 both have very good ground games and could mix it up better then they have at times. i really dont see fraklin taking lidell down and if he dose chuck always very good at getting back up. i see franklin as the more versatile striker with very good movement and speed. its hard for me to choose against either fighter.... wow i will say chuck by second round tko.

@D21UpstateNY Well Cardio will be a factor in this Fight, Rich Franklin will look to also Stand and trade with lidell, and like i said if he takes franklin down, he can try to submit him like i stated Rich Franklin is a Brown belt i BJJ, but Chuck lidell won't let franklin submit him that easily

@D21UpstateNY Well I' Met Both Fighters at the Expo really Cool dudes and both Autographed my UFC undisputed 2010 Case, Brock is the Leaner bigger built Guy while Carwin looks fairly a bit smaller than lesnar, carwin understands that no human being alive wants lesnar on top of him so he's Training BJJ and knows what to expect, Carwin is a much better striker , Lesnar has better wresting and Take Downs fight can go either way, i'd say Brock Tko 3 round,
