    Cheers. i'm leaning back towards this sort of training. I'm training wrestling a lot these days and sandbagging is more ideal for "weight" workouts than barbells.

  • nice man,today i shouldered a 200 pound charcoal bag and carried it to the 4 floor,although it was not a workout,just work

  • you the man; this is one of the best kinds of excersises as they're very applicable to real life (wrestling, moving heavy objects).

  • Thanks, you're exactly right, as i get older my focus is drawn more towards odd object lifting. At the moment i'm keg lifting as the bag above split after a 215 push press with it. I've always got a lot outta this sort of lifting in the past along with a barbell deadlift, and its great for throwing people outta the way, hahaha.
