I dont know about video recoding and or voice recording in that state. Voice recoding in some states require all partys agree to it or you are in violation of state laws. I dont know about video recoding and or voice recording in that state. Voice recoding in some states require all partys agree to it or you are in violation of state laws. It is not just recording the cops but any person in that state. The right of privacy of the citizens and cops are citizens also. The cops do not give up being citizens just because they are cops.

As sad as I feel about how these people are being treated by the police, the chickens are coming home to roost. Support of stricter crime legislation and gun laws from many whites are now victims of these same demeaning practices. Also, the system feeds off of evil. For instance, if it can create an evil consequence (such as in this instance "video tapping a police force"), than it feels it is necessary to suppress it.

I still disagree with the premis of his belief. The only way out of this is to repeal the Patriot Act, which managed to strip our Constitution more than any othe piece of legislation.
What we should be worried about is the recent Supreme Court decision giving the Fed the right to regulate gun ownership. If the lord can giveth, the lord can taketh. Remember that.

For the post about the patriot act , it does not apply unless these people are terror suspects . I don't think the police are claiming these people are terrorists . Just lock your door and make them break in . Two cops got fired for kicking a door in where I live because " they had reason to believe there were minors drinking " . It was hillarious when in court the judge referred to the officers as stooges !

If these cops didn't produce a search warrant with the arrest warrant and he didn't give consent; then he's legally taped them Illegally Searching his home! Cops can't search a house of the suspect with just AN ARREST WARRANT. Only if you give consent to search can they do so.

I said search warrant with the arrest warrant.They have to have both especially when they are arresting him on a misdemeanor. Anyway, video shows these cops were yes, being tricksters! :) No shock there. That's the problem in this country. For every good cop, there's a newbie or dick cop pissing all over public relations by messing with a civilian or civilians.
