Problem: here Saito has ears, in other videos he doesn't.

Solution: probably a mouse ate his ears.

Conclusion: Saito is Doraemon

Saito has a pair of racoon ear before. But then Kirby's partner came to cure him both the ears and the tail but only manage to remove the ears. And that is how Saito(Now) is formed!

that was saito's second look. his first one was a regular yellow kirby with no wings or tail. the second one was the one u saw here. but i noticed that animating saito with the ears was really hard so i took them off. the saito u know now is his 3rd look.
