  • sorry im confused, i know the pentatonic but where did those notes come from in between when u did the pentatonic position and when u added the blue notes? did u add a few major notes tht arent in the pentatonic or blues? or are u mixing major/minor pentatonic? please help!

    He mixes minor and major 3rd (Eb and E in this case), typical for blues. Sounds great if you manage to bend between these notes.

    The last two notes is the 2nd and the 6th. You can find these notes in the dorian mode. A good place to start if you want to blues out something more than just pentatonics. Hope that helps ;)
