hey guys it appears he is using fiberglass sheets along with the resin epoxy. The holes in the ears are to make it lighter but he could just be using foam.... look up how surf boards are made and the ears are pretty similar. I will have some like this with the proper proportions and lighting hopefully within the month on ebay. :)
