Players need to grow some balls again and give us good football instead of these fucking ballerina show's... That's why i like Messi... The ball may touch the goalkeeper, posts, or crossbar any number of times before going into the net." I am a referee and I went to a seminar for referees just last month and this exact penalty case was talked about. My instructor clearly stated that this is a legitimate goal.

Shouldn't have counted. Rules state that in a shootout once the balls forward momentum is halted that the pen is missed.
