That is how it is mastered on the album, except it is Davis doing his own high pitch vocals, so I think the high pitched backup is ideal. This is one of the better live performances I have seen of KoЯn and sounds very much like the studio original. Also happens to be one of my favorite songs, in general.

Actually it is the Nürburgring. Hockenheimring is in the district Baden-Württemberg, Nürburgring in Rheinland-Pfalz.

Both are race tracks. In the F1 series Hockenheimring is the "Great price of Germany" and Nürburgring the "Great price of Europe". There is also a twin festival in Nuremberg at the same time called "Rock im Park", where the same bands play.

I was at the ring 2005-2007 and will go this yar too. But KoRn won't play there this year. They already played 06+07 there.
