@cokerlink360 if it's your first, no. I just got my first bike in July for my 13th birthday and it was a Honda CRF100f. It feels a little small for me but for starters, great bike. And no matter what size, stick with Honda, they're reliable. BTW do you have any experience with things like four-wheelers or dirt bikes, maybe even go karts?
I think if u get this bike and your serious about riding and its your first bike. DONT get this, my friend got this for his first bike and he got bored with it in like a week. get somethin lil more powerful
@MrHighflyer98 It can support way more than that. But if you stopped playing so much Call of Duty and cut some weight, you'd be a lot more comfortable on it.
Really amazing bike. I just can't stand the fact that there's no kick starter. I don't need to press a button to start my bike. It's just another something to break, or in this case, a battery to die on a weekly basis, literally. Having to jump start it every time I want to ride is annoying.
i have the 140 small wheel its a really good bike but the small wheel tends to not go very far in thick mud or dirt :( i wish i got the big wheel :( and i have a question: when im riding through puddles and mud n shit i hear rocks being crunch up under neath the chain or something is that bad for the bike ??
@beastlyboi36 get a crf 150 if you want to grow into it cuz i have this bike and im 5'6 and its perfect size still but im might grow out of it next year
@MrEdowdy11 it depends how much u weigh personally i like kawasakis better beta better fit for u would be the honda crf 150 of a cr 150 depending on what type of riding ull be doing
I used to have a klx 110. Man that pit bike was fun. Pretty much as big you can get with the auto 3 gear. So much fun. But sold it like 3 years ago. Does Kawasaki make a 200 or 250 trail rider? Cause I wanted to look for one, releativly new, and this was the biggest model I could find. Might have to pick up the Honda crf 230 but would rather rider under a Kawasaki.
@pooladden man i have a crf230f and if your lookin for a trailbike it is really nice its peppy wheelies easy and suspension is nice for trailriding the thing is tough to it can take many falls and it still runs fine its a nice bike dude
@hpimaster14 I am 5'11 and its fine but im wanting to get a bigger bike i have a vid of mine on my acc if u want to go look at it but this bike is a little to short for me so if was you i would get a kx or yz 85 their around the same price area and height area but their faster. This is a good bike but it also dont have a key so it would be easy to steal. and if you wanted you could get mabye a kx100 their a bit taller to but a little more money.
every engine on planet earth has a power band. some are stronger than others and some you cannot barely feel.
the new, high-end liquid cooled 250/450 four strokes are much better than 2 strokes thats part of the reason why they dont have as many 2's as they used to
hey guys can anyone help me? I've been looking for a dirtbike for a while now and need help on which one I should get. I want to race. Im about 5 5 or 5 6 and 170 pounds. A 125 is to big and a 250 is to big to so Im stuck.
Well if you're a beginner than you really shouldn't be thinking about racing so soon as you should be thinking where you're going to practice so you can get good and eventually race. I had the same problem when I got my first bike, I wanted to race and thought it'd be easy but trust me, it takes ALOT of practice and repitition. I would recommend if you're getting a racing bike to get a 125cc. YZ125, KX125 or Cr150r. Its not too big trust me you'll get used to it.
Dislikin this cause there aint no kickstart!!!!

a yz125 or a klx 140 ?

A better suited bike for a beginner would be the KLX 140. A yz 125 would screw up pretty often.

klx 140 better quality and duribility and speed
