u got to increase ur pace while doing the running man. if u do it slow like that, it wouldn't look as smooth as how it is supposed to. the melbourne shuffle should look very smooth and it as is if u're walking on air. if done in such a "step-ish" way, it'll look as if i'm watching melbourne shuffe video with internet lag

ive never attempted the running man, i only practice shuffle for now

but my advice is to just do it slow till your a god at that, then go faster

a good tip is NOT to lift your knee as high as he does. when you are shuffling you dont want to accentuate any angles your body creats. it all has to be smooth otherwise there is no point.all it is is practice. youll get it
