Geeta Ghosh Roy Chowdhuri, married to Guru Dutt thus becoem to be known as Geet Dutt. Born 23 November 1930 died rather young at 41 on 20 July 1972. She had a unique voice and was very talented and pretty. Thanks for posting this classic song of her. This is one my favorite songs.
