You can claim that Singaporean singers and bands have flat voices, but if you look on a wider depth, you would realise that almost every Singapore's singers perform as good as they do live. In contrast, bands like Metro Station and Hard-Fi is so what-you-see-is-not-what-you-g­et. They perform horribly when live, So, at least you should be thankful for that.

They got to where they are becoz they worked hard. sure the're loads of other good bands playg at CCs like MSC and plain sunset etc but they either disbanded cos of lack of commitment or no drive to break through their own ceiling so they're stuck at playing in CCs or baybeats. Electrico may not have the sotong-fingered guitarist or mohican hairstyled drummer but they look to be heading towards the right direction. so i hope you wunt be stuck watching "underground bands" ur entire life aite.
