Of all the things I might balance while doing this, a 6 foot sharpened steel spike is not one of them.

First you need a good pole and stick then enough stairs.

She was covering two steps per stride, so 40 strides = 80 steps

Very impressive, but seems very dangerous to me. Just make sure no one is behind, or in front of you while trying.
