Chael has openly admitted to injecting Testosterone Cypionate which is powerful anabolic steroid. For the Silva fight, he had a T/E ratio of 16.9:1 which is over 4 times the allowed limit (4:1) and almost 17 times a normal male (1:1) even though he was supposedly injecting steroids because of low testosterone.

Much better, but so what if he doesn't 'finish' fights that often? Takes more energy to go out there and do what it does. He's in there, usually for three rounds straight, grappling, advancing position, setting up take downs, and GNP'ing guys to victory. In between that point, he risks injury and submission losses. Yet somehow he's maintained a 12-3 record since mid '06. He doesn't have the strongest punching power, or the most technical boxing, but works with what he has.
