Why cameron being such a great drummer can manage to make this song so boring on the drums. His drumming is so pop and strajght in this and many PJ songs...

@luiscurtolo He writes what fits the song in terms of root accents, so his drum parts fit. Just because youre an excellent drummer doesnt mean you need to show off every song.
@Spedly but still my man, doesnt justify you completely remove the groove and funky feel that PJ used to have in the early days. And even Irons was the drummer he did an awesomw job keeping the music's soul alive, even that he didnt fit the band.
Matt for me, just do stuff wrong, when it comes to playing old stuff, like dissident. Kills the aewsome groove, do overplayed fills in horrible places... hes a great guy, amazing drummer in SG, but in PJ... sounds like pop and like a auto drum machine
This is fabulous. When Pearl Jam decided it was all right to slow it down a bit and switch things up to use an almost country rhythm. One of their greatest songs of all time!!!
