Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's actually a separate window running the emacs editor.

so far this video has no soundtrack on my pc when the others do have sound so it's not my pc so i wonder what's the problem

this video uses only a text editor and the browser. But You may want to try SPKET IDE to work with openLaszlo.
