I love how the majority of shots in this episode consist of showing a scene, having someone turn around, then turn back and the scene has changed. Dean turns around and Cas is gone, Lilith turns around and all her demons are dead, and my favorite one, Chuck turning around and looking totally shocked at Cas and Dean in his kitchen :)
