The vocal delivery has always been very important to me when it comes to good thrash metal. Many great thrash metal acts have rather poor singers. Besides classic metal singers like Dio, Halford, Dickinson, Meine, Martin, Byford and many others, also thrash metal is at its best when the singer has brawn and personality. Angelripper has a unique voice with vicious tone and phrasing style. He's one of my favourites along with Hetfield, Cavalera, Araya, Petrozza, Keeler, Rind...
thrash metal really goes well with this kind of war images and short films. beyond the visual content, you can hear a song which can give the kind of intensity that went on in those conflicts
