  • @TheUncutAngel I got the exact same one for like $ 14 or so, love the size of that thing cause beside working out I use it as a chair hah >_> They are only available in hell though, angels can't get it.

  • hey scott i have a question

    i am working for 3 months now and i can already see some gains

    but my problem is that i have a very thick skinn and i can't really see my muscles!!

    what can i do agianst it??

  • @19ShengKai92 do plenty of cardio - particularly interval training. look it up on google.

  • sometimes when i do leg lifts, my hip flexor gets cramped up or i get a cramp in my quads from keeping my legs straight out. What can i do to help this?

  • i prefer to grab the ball with my hands and bring it past my head on the way down and then just keep switching from hands and feet having the ball. try that!

  • what if you were to take a 10 lb dumbell and hold it with your feet. keep your legs straight and do the same thing except no hand under your butt. is that bad for your back>?
