Awww i have a miniature schnauzer named Noire : P we named her like that because she was all black when she was little...but for some reason now shes a strange color O.o kinda isnt salt pepper nor black nor white her color resembles that of a German shepherd the vet told us she was one of the original color of breeding in germany called "Chocolate Schnauzer" black based with brown and golden on the tips of her hair : P and white in her chest seems the come at first black then change : O

i know some one who had 2 litters and only got 2 blacks 1 per litter but i think 2nd didn't stay fully black kinda a very dark salt and pepper but luckly the 2ns she got a Black and White very last puppy witch was a surprize cuz we weren't even sure if there was another lol 6

I owned a black m/s and right now I own a s/p mini schnauzer. When we had both dogs, we would bath them at the same time. The black m/s was younger but he was the dominant dog of the two. He would climb out of the tub during bath times. He didn't like water very much. Our other m/s doesn't mind that much. He just has his ears back and he puts up with the bath! But I <3 black m/s!

I cant believe you have so many all black schnauzers! I wanted an all black schnauzer male so badly when I decided to get my own puppy, but the breeder near by only had two all white males & two salt-n-pepper females. Needless to say, one of the all white males fell in love with me and claimed me as his own. I love him so much.... he is the perfect dog for me. Proof that the dog needs to choose the owner, not the other way around!!

i have a miniature schnauzer and YES that is a way too busy schedule. they need to have lots and lots of attention and time. they absolutely love to go places with you & always be apart of the family. they are very energetic & pretty much get along w/ everybody.a dn they are very easy to house train bc they are extremely smart. if you want a miniature schnauzer you really need to be prepared for what they can bring on lol. just be sure to spend lots of time with it and love it unconditionally =)
