It is sort of stupid that we have to chose. It is all about personal tastes and preferences. If singing coaches would compare their voices they would be able to asses them more accurately then biased fans. The same apllies to their looks and style of their music. For me Ville is the one, HIM is incredibly brave for being their own. Valo´s charisma/looks/singing voice have no comparison whatsover IMO but I understand that someone migth have the same opinion about Molko. PEACE.

Hm, that is a tough question. I don´t think the bands are comaparable and not Ville/Brian either for that matter. They are way too different. Placebo is easy to listen to, commercially more main stream sort of music, very good though. Now when we talk about HIM...Ville makes much more demanding music. You have to pay attention to his texts and you would understand. Ville has written all the music and texts for all the albums(mind you English is not his native language) and his voice.. orgasmic.
